BruCo 
Continuous research, the application in the search for quality and innovation have all led the chocolatiers of "The Chocolate of BruCo" to constantly experiment with excellent raw materials and explore new avenues for production.
Of great importance is the collaboration with the farmers and technicians of the state of Tabasco, in southern Mexico. This region was the homeland of the Olmecs, historically the first people to have used cacao. In this state there are plantations of about 50,000 hectares, occupying excellent ground. In the medium term there will be important developments and benefits for "The Chocolate of BruCo" and for the world of cacao in general.
